The **Realtime effects** page incorrectly states Audacity ships with no RT effects

With 3.6.0 with the new Limiter and Compressor we now have 7 RT-enabled effects in shipped Audacity (5 formerly in 3.5.1) - and I assume we can only expect the list top grow in future releases.
