Urgent Help Needed – Corrupted AUP3 Project

Hello,
I need urgent help with a corrupted Audacity project file. I am 94 years old and trying to recover a very important audio recording.
I recorded a 232-story and had finished the project, but it froze just before I could save it. Since I hadn’t saved the project from the beginning, I believe the file got corrupted.
I have already tried the temporary file recovery method, but that did not work. I then tried using the audacity-project-tools utility from the command line, but I am unable to get it to work due to my lack of experience with the terminal.
I still have the corrupted .aup3unsaved and .aup3unsaved-wal files. I am hoping a developer can assist me in recovering this project.
