Description
I'd like to use this project to remote debug a browser window I have running on another network computer. If this project can debug processes on localhost:port, then we should be able to do local-ip:port as well no?
Where in the source code can I swap out localhost for an ip?

Research direction
Start by searching the JavaScript source for the localhost connection path and tracing how the remote-debugging target is selected. Done means a browser running on another network computer can be reached through an IP address and port, with existing local behavior preserved; no test or file is named in the issue.
