Update the OSE principle's "Micro vs Macro" section with concrete examples showing the 100x productivity multiplier in action.
## Current State
The principle explains the theory but lacks specific examples of how tmux + git worktrees + Claude Code delivers exponential gains.
## Proposed Addition
Add examples section showing:
- Single developer managing 3-5 parallel implementations
- Real command sequences: `tmux new-window`, `/close-issue 931`, switch panes
- Time comparison: 1 hour sequential vs 10 minutes parallel orchestration
- Concrete scenario: bug fix + feature + documentation update simultaneously
## Why This Matters
