Description
Chrome updates need sudo and work better when run directly:
```bash
./utils/install-chrome.sh
```
Or after installation:
```bash
chrome-update
```
Removing from setup.sh - subtraction creates value.

Research direction
Start by checking setup.sh for the Chrome update invocation and compare it with utils/install-chrome.sh and chrome-update. Done means setup.sh no longer runs the Chrome update automatically while the manual commands remain available.
