Bug: Test auto-labeler after MCP removal

This is a test issue to verify the auto-labeler workflow works after removing MCP configuration.

Testing if the issue triage workflow can:
1. Read available labels via `gh label list`
2. Analyze this issue
3. Apply appropriate labels

## Expected Behavior
The workflow should automatically apply labels like:
- `bug` (since this is titled as a bug)
- `automation` (since it's about workflow automation)
- Any other relevant labels

## Context
This tests the fix from PR #1228 which removed broken MCP config and switched to gh CLI.
