Description

## Test Requirements
This issue tests that @claude GitHub Actions has the full ~72k character knowledge base preloaded.

**RULES: You MUST NOT use any file reading tools (Read, Grep, Glob, etc.) for this test. Everything must come from your preloaded context.**

## Tasks (Complete ALL without reading files)

### 1. Personality Analysis
Channel each personality and explain how they would view the "subtraction-creates-value" principle:
- As **Brent**: How does this principle relate to your experience as the overloaded constraint?
- As **Jonah**: How does this align with Theory of Constraints?
- As **Harrington Emerson**: How does this connect to your efficiency principles?

### 2. Cross-Reference Test
Explain the relationship between:
- The "throughput-definition" (our North Star metric)
- The "OSE" principle (Outside and Slightly Elevated)
- The "100x-1000x productivity multiplier" mentioned in procedures

### 3. Procedure Details
Without looking at files, describe:
- What happens in the "post-pr-mini-retro" procedure after the agent creates a retro plan?
- What is the "tracer bullets" metaphor and why do we need a target first?
- What's the difference between how {{ KNOWLEDGE_BASE }} works locally vs in GitHub Actions?

### 4. Hidden Knowledge Test
Quote specific phrases from:
- The "snowball method" principle about compound improvements
- The "versioning mindset" about file naming (what NOT to do)
- The exact wording of "Keep joy in the loop" from developer-experience

### 5. Proof of Comprehensive Loading
List at least 3 items from each category that you have in your context:
- Principles (beyond the common ones)
- Procedures (including lesser-known ones)
- Personalities (with their key traits)
- Tools (what's in the tools/ directory?)

## Success Criteria
- All answers must come from preloaded context (no file reads)
- Specific quotes and details prove you have the actual content
- Cross-references between different knowledge areas show full context
- Personality perspectives demonstrate you have their full descriptions

## Why This Test Matters
This proves that PR #1185 successfully injected the complete knowledge base into GitHub Actions, achieving true parity with local Claude Code.

@claude - Complete this test using ONLY your preloaded knowledge context. Begin!
