Description

## Test Issue for Auto-Trigger Workflow
This tests the updated auto-trigger workflow after PR #1163's changes that make PR creation instructions more imperative.

## Simple Task for Claude
Add a timestamp comment to the end of `knowledge/procedures/auto-trigger-workflow.md`:

```markdown
```

## Success Criteria
- [ ] Claude receives the imperative instruction to CREATE AN ACTUAL PULL REQUEST
- [ ] Claude creates a real PR (not just a link)
- [ ] The PR appears at github.com/atxtechbro/dotfiles/pulls
- [ ] No confusion about PR creation methods

## Context
Testing the fix that tells Claude explicitly to create an actual PR on GitHub, not just provide a link.

**This is a simple test that should complete quickly.**
