Description

This is a test issue to observe Claude's PR creation behavior.

## Task
Add a simple comment line to README.md with the current timestamp.

## Purpose
Testing to understand when Claude auto-creates PRs vs providing PR creation links.

## Expected Behavior
Claude should:
1. Get auto-triggered by the new workflow
2. Add a comment to README.md
3. Either auto-create a PR or provide a link to create one

This will help us understand the pattern behind PR creation behavior.
