Description
We could register a URL scheme for HyperDEX that could link to trading pairs.
For example: hyperdex://exchange/MYTH/KMD
Clicking that link should jump HyperDEX to the exchange view with that pair selected. If those currencies aren't enabled we should prompt the user and ask them to confirm they want to enable them.
