Failed on install plugin in Atom 1.58.0

**Describe the bug**

Can't install the plugin

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Click on Install un the plugin profile

Reproduce the failed installation in Atom 1.58.0 using the sync-settings plugin and inspect the npm/apm output, especially the reported JSON parsing error and the referenced log at C:\Users\Alvaro\.atom\.apm\_logs\2022-01-03T12_23_54_006Z-debug.log. Done means the plugin installs successfully without the JSON parsing failure.
