I thought it's related to #31, but it happens even without comments in the type parameters list. I think it's more about multiline parameters:

Reproduce the screenshot’s syntax-highlighting problem using multiline type parameters, both with and without comments, and compare it with related issue #31. Trace the package’s Scala grammar or highlighting entry point; done means multiline type-parameter lists highlight correctly even when no comments are present.
