Description

Hello, when trying to run any script with any executable as my regular user, I get the following error

I highlighted the fact that the place where python is located is in fact in the path.

Interestingly, when I run Atom as root, execution works fine:

I'm on Debian Jessie, most update, and the newest version of both script and atom. Any clue what might be causing this behavior?
