Python can't be executed because "#! /usr/bin/env python" ?

Hi there,
It seemed add `#! /usr/bin/env python` at the beginning of a py file will lead to `ϵͳ�Ҳ���ָ����·����` .
But remove this line is ok.
Below is My env.
- System `Windows 7 sp1`
- Atom `0.177.0`
- Python `2.7 (r27:82525, Jul 4 2010, 07:43:08) [MSC v.1500 64 bit (AMD64)]`
- Script `2.16.0`
