Installation of Atom Package Manager (APM) for Windows

I wanted to install **script**, but it was not showing up in atom (**install > Packages**), so I came to this repo.

Under the Installation section of the Readme file it says to install script, using, `apm install script`, in my case the apm was not working, but I found a way to fix that by (https://stackoverflow.com/questions/38138900/complete-guide-for-installing-apm-on-windows), Can I add this under the installation section of the Readme file by making a pull request.
