Even after installing script, script package is not working

Script gets installed succssfully from package control, but after installation cannot be used.
Cannot execute scripts using Command+i. There is no error or any response at all.
Command+Shift+P > Command Pallete > When searched for 'Script', there is no matching result.

With all these issues, if navigated to preferences > packages > installed packages shows script as installed.

Wiered issue and annoying. Tried reisntalling package and upgrading atom to latest. Still no go.
