js FILES don't open

Hello,

I am just working on js files where I faced a problem to open them.
I have wrote the instructures in sublime text, but I think there is a problem in the windows script host, nevertheless, I have recovered my Lap but strangely the box of error still on when windows start up
Can any body help in this, I cannot make external files for js.
