Issue running python3

Hello there,

I did a small test when running some python commands and I cannot get them to display, I have only the hourglass icon and I dont see anything when I click on what is executing I am able to see this command: `/usr/bin/python3 -u /home/joaorainho/learning/Python/exec6.py`.

For your information this is after I created a profile with and using it to run via /usr/bin/python3, previously, I had changed the python.coffee file to see if it recognized python3.

Anything that will help me understand this and how to fix it will be greatly appreciated.
