Description
Is there a way to prevent script from running a certain language, such as matlab?
I am sometime switching between python/matlab scripts and it's great to hit cmd-i to run the python scripts, but matlab starts too slow for quick tests.
Thanks, Brett

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. First clarify whether language exclusions should be configurable per language and how they interact with Cmd-I, then define completion by verifying that Python scripts still run while MATLAB scripts are prevented or handled as specified.
