Profiles not saved under Ubuntu 16.04 x64, Atom 1.19.6 and Script 3.16.0

I have an error with the newest version on a freshly installed machine:

**Steps to Reproduce:**

1.) Open Atom 1.19.6 on Ubuntu 16.04 X64 from the unity launcher of terminal.
2.) Add a profile (e.g. for Python with a specific environment)
3.) Run code with profile which works perfectly
4.) Reopen Atom

**Expected behavior:**

Finding the profiles from the last session.

**Actual behavior:**

No profiles can be found.

Always

**Versions:**

Atom : 1.19.6
Electron: 1.6.9
Chrome : 56.0.2924.87
Node : 7.4.0
Script: 3.16.0
