cannot locate perl standard modules

Hey guys,

I just installed this package in Atom but I seem to get Can't locate errors for any standard perl libraries that I include.

`Can't locate strict.pm in @INC at C:\something\something..`

How do I point perl to standard locations? it seems that it is trying to look for modules in the project directory.

edit: I am using windows 7
