Unwanted datatip when mouse exits editor

When the mouse goes on a text for a moment and it exists the editor, datatip is shown

For example, when using the find-and-replace this can be annoying.


Reproduce the issue by pausing over text, then moving the mouse out of the Atom editor, including while using find-and-replace. No source file or test is named in the issue, so first locate the datatip mouse and editor-exit handling; done means leaving the editor does not show an unwanted datatip while normal datatips still work.
