Description
Currently, uploading a release requires manual approval.
I'd like to have an option to auto-approve beta channels, to simplify the test pipeline.
This probably also requires support from electron-forge/nucleus-publisher.
(using nucleus v0.8.3 on Windows and Linux hosts)

Research direction
No files or tests are named. Start by tracing the release upload and manual-approval flow in Nucleus, then inspect the integration with electron-forge/nucleus-publisher. Done means beta-channel uploads can be configured to auto-approve while other channels retain manual approval, with the required support coordinated across both projects.
