Description
Currently, the Jira Release notes output in the following format:
[PROJ-9999](link) Jira Issue Title
It is great for internal release notes, but not so nice if you use this plugin to integrate Jira to GitHub.
I propose to add a release notes format, in which each item links to the GitHub #issue, commit(s) and/or pull requests created by the GitHub integration plugin.
[#9999](link) Jira Issue Title

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by locating the Jira release-notes output and the GitHub integration data used to build each item, then trace how links are selected. Done means an available format can render GitHub issue, commit, and/or pull-request links alongside the Jira issue title.
Written by the indexing model from the issue text.
