Sentry.io 429 error during branch creation

Clicking create branch in Jira takes me to a mostly blank page on github.atlassian.com. Developer tools shows 2 calls to https://*.ingest.sentry.io/api/KEY/envelope- the 1st one is successful, the 2nd one returns a 429 and fails the page.

Reproduce the Jira branch-creation flow at github.atlassian.com and inspect the two Sentry envelope requests in browser developer tools, including the 429 response. The issue provides no repository file, test, or entry point; done would mean identifying the failure path and confirming that branch creation no longer leads to the blank page.
