Description
This is related to deployment gating, but it would be very helpful for supporting the tracking and documentation of deployments by capturing who approved the deployment (on the GitHub side) in Jira. This would be capturing the action types/action field of approved and rejected, as well as the approver . Ultimately it would be helpful to get deployment gating in place for github. The goal is to have all of the information housed in jira, and the deployment_review event is only supported in a GitHub app like the github-for-jira.

Research direction
Start with GitHub's deployment_review webhook documentation linked in the issue, then locate the active implementation because this repository is marked deprecated and moved to a private repository. Done would require capturing approved and rejected actions and the approver in Jira, while supporting deployment gating.
