Help with connecting release cycles & deployments to a project

Hi team,

Currently we are not able to connect the release cycles with Jira, and the deployments section in Jira is empty - all of our repos are connected. As I am not familiar how and if it's possible I looked for documentation but unfortunately was not able to find for this exact thing.
