Restrict GitHub plugin on Epic Issue type

Hello Team,

As of now, we are able to see the plugin across all the issues types, is it possible to restrict this? as in can we restrict the plugin to be displayed on certain issue types? i wouldn't want the plugin to be displayed on Epic for example.

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. First confirm whether this work is still maintained, since the repository is marked deprecated and moved to a private repository; done would mean the plugin is no longer displayed for Epic issues while remaining available for the permitted issue types.
