Github for JIRA add-on, discrepancies between two projects

Hi,
We recently moved a project from 1 jira instance to another. We installed the GitHub for JIRA app and ran the backfill to resync all the previous pull requests, deployments, branches, builds, and commits to the new environment.

We are seeing some differences between the source environment and the new target environment. We are unsure if we should try to backfill again or if we missed a setup with the app. Any help is greatly appreciated.
