Integrated Jira with Github repos, but it is not reflecting in the Apps dashboard.

I installed the github for jira app and connected a few repos. But when I go to the Apps page Jira.

It stills stays that I need to connect my github organisation.

And when I do click on the button shown in the last image. I am redirected to a page which mentions that the repos have been added.

I eventually don't see commit and branch information on the relevant tickets.
