Consider making it compatible with browsers

Hi, I like this package a lot but I've seen there are many dependencies that while they may be compatible with a browser through Browserify or similar, it makes the package unnecessarily big for such environment.

Have you considered making a lightweight browser-compatible version?

Start by reviewing the package dependencies and how a Browserify-style browser bundle would be produced, then define the supported browser entry point and acceptable bundle size. Done would require an agreed lightweight browser-compatible version and verification that it works in browsers.
