Description

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
It would be awesome if this extension also tracked time (similar to phpstorm for example) so that after you are done with a jira issue you can also log the time it took you for everything.

One possibility would be to ask to link your waka time so that you dont have to actually track the time but just log it via api

**Describe the solution you'd like**
I want the extension to track my time/get the time spent on an issue via waka time so i can just log it via a button.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
Add on issue moved status set to done event where we can attach code/logic to it so we can automate time tracking.

**Additional context**
Example from waka time tracking my time in vscode:

Time tracking should be per issue (once again similar to phpstorm)

Research direction

No repository files, tests, or entry points are identified in the issue. Start by locating the extension's issue actions and any existing external API integrations, then clarify how per-issue WakaTime time should be retrieved and logged through a button or when an issue moves to done. Completion needs agreed behavior and acceptance criteria for both flows.

Written by the indexing model from the issue text.
