Description
When I create a pull request using the Atlascode extension, I can only see default reviewers — I don't have visibility into all other people who can be assigned as reviewers. This limits flexibility and makes it harder to assign the right reviewer if they’re not a default.
I’d like the ability to see and select from all users who are eligible to review the pull request, not just the ones automatically added by CODEOWNERS or Bitbucket defaults. A dropdown or searchable list would be ideal.
This would be helpful especially in teams where multiple people are qualified to review code, and code ownership isn’t always strict. Having full visibility when selecting reviewers makes the process smoother and more effective.

Research direction
No file, test, or entry point is named. Start by locating the Atlascode pull-request creation and reviewer-selection UI, then trace how eligible Bitbucket reviewers are loaded; done means users can view and select all eligible reviewers rather than only defaults.
