Show changed files per commit and force push

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
Often we force push onto already present commits (due to commit policies), and the bitbucket browser view shows them as new changes (as expected).

Unfortunately, this is not true when reviewing pull requests via the vscode GUI.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
The same behavior as the browser view has (new commits/force pushes can be viewed separately)

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
None other than going into the browser again to check new changes.

Start by tracing the VS Code pull request review UI for Bitbucket and compare how it presents commits with the browser view. The issue does not name files or tests; done means force-pushed changes and changed files can be viewed separately in the VS Code review experience.
