Issue adding reviewers on a pull request in visual studio from bitbucket.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Add a reviewer to the pull request in visual studio.
Expected behavior
We should be able to add reviewers to the pull request in visual studio. These reviewers do have access to the repo and are repo admins in bitbucket.

- Visual Studio Code Version (1.135.0)
- local
- If Cloud, Browser (chrome, safari)
- If Local, OS (macOS, windows, linux) bitbucket sits on linux "Red Hat Enterprise Linux"

Additional context
The work around for now is to add them through bitbucket but that adds more steps to the process.
