Make documentation easily accessible to AI models via .llm files

As discussed in the last docs meeting, we’ll start by having .llm files so that all our documentation files are easier for models to access.

We’ll investigate what, if anything, else can be done around this. The basic idea is to make all the docs easily accessible to AI models.
