Provide cross platform app

Many backend devs are not using Node.Js and are forced to install Node.js to beeing able to use the app locally.

#### Description

Would be great if one could simply use a Tauri or Electron based app.

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by reviewing how the current app requires Node.js locally and compare the feasibility of Tauri and Electron for a cross-platform application. Done should mean backend developers can use the app locally without installing Node.js, but the issue does not define the supported platforms or acceptance tests.
