Project maintenance status + request for .NET 10 support and dependency upgrades

Hi

First of all, **thank you** for maintaining this excellent AsyncAPI .NET SDK — it’s been very useful!

I wanted to kindly check the current maintenance status of the project because:

- The latest release is **v3.0.6** (April 8, 2025).
- According to the release notes, the packages were updated in v3.0.4 to support **.NET 8.0 and .NET 9.0**, but there is still **no .NET 10.0** target/framework build available.
- .NET 10 has been out for several months now, and many projects (including mine) are moving to it.

Additionally, upgrading the underlying dependencies would be very beneficial from a security and performance perspective.
**Questions:**
1. Is the project still actively maintained, or has it been put on hold/archived?
2. Are there any plans to add official **.NET 10** support and publish a new release?
