[BUG] CLI Window's executable installer fails to install

### Describe the bug.

I tried installing the CLI through the [x64 exe installer](https://github.com/asyncapi/cli/releases/latest/download/asyncapi.x64.exe) for Windows. It fails with the provided error in the screenshot.
I tried multiple times and on different hardware, but both Windows 10.

### Expected behavior

It should install successfully.

### How to Reproduce

1. Download the x64 exe installer from the website docs
2. Run the installer
