Missing definitions

I am using codespaces in github and there are several errors.
On line 528, there is a missing translation file for the domain.
On lines 654 and 758, there is an _ that is apparently not defined.
I have tried many different things to fix this, but I cannot get it to work.

Reproduce the reported errors in GitHub Codespaces, then inspect the Python source around lines 528, 654, and 758. Identify why the translation file is missing and why `_` is undefined; done means those reported errors no longer occur.
