Modern Layout - Messed up tabular listing on trashcan page

The way that the mails are listed is messed up even in the Trashcan page. All the columns of both the mail lists are supposed to come in line.

- The HTML5 template can be found in the `templates` directory by the name [`trashcon.html`](https://github.com/astrosonic/forge/blob/modern-layout/templates/trashcon.html).
- The boilerplate put to use is heavily based on Bootstrap 4. This might give you a headstart.

Check out the modern-layout branch and open templates/trashcon.html first. Inspect the markup and Bootstrap 4 layout used by both mail lists, then verify that their columns line up consistently on the trashcan page. Done means the tabular listings display aligned columns without disrupting the existing mail content.
