Upcoming ESO PRs

Is it useful to provide a list of our upcoming PRs for astroquey.eso, with approx timescales? I think we (with @juanmcloaiza) spoke about this, but this never got posted. A couple weeks back we revisited our list and organised priorities for the next few months - up to a year.

The issue names no file, test, or entry point. Review the priority list mentioned in the issue with the relevant collaborators and determine how the upcoming astroquery.eso PRs and approximate timescales should be presented; done means the agreed list is posted.
