Skybot units for distance.

much like simbad database queries which maintain units i dont see that in the Skybot.cone_search results for any of the distance data values. Is it ALWAYS safe to assume astronomical units (au) as the distance measurement, even for much closer objects that may be orbiting earth, etc .. Would be ideal if a units data element was available. at least for consistency in repository nomenclature and data handling. Respectfully, Ken

Start at the Skybot.cone_search entry point and inspect how its distance data values are returned, then compare the unit handling described for Simbad database queries. Done means the distance fields have clearly documented units or a units data element, with behavior consistent across returned results.
