Description
We do have hardwired ra/dec column names which won't work for obscore catalogs. Ideally this functionality should be added sooner rather than later to support SPHEREx queries (right now the user should run an ADQL directly with `query_tap` rather than the `query_region` convenience for their spatial queries)
