As part of the discussion on AI policy in #530, @pllim and @Cadair gave the excellent suggestions that we should link to the policy from:
- [x] the web site
- [x] the dev docs/readme
- [ ] the PR template
This issue is just to remind us to do that if/when the policy is merged
