"Nightly" benchmarking hosted by STScI currently broken

https://spacetelescope.github.io/bench/astropy-benchmarks/ has not been updated for a few months. I opened issue upstream but it is private repo so I cannot link here.

Start by checking the benchmark dashboard at https://spacetelescope.github.io/bench/astropy-benchmarks/ and determine when its updates stopped. Review the repository's available publishing or benchmarking entry points, then compare them with the upstream issue mentioned in the report. Done means the nightly benchmark results are updating again, but the private upstream dependency must be investigated first.
