customizing sky plot's: Azimuth convention

Hi,

I would like to customize my sky plot such that 0 deg is South, and 90 deg is East. I'm able to do the latter via the kwarg.

Start by locating the sky-plot entry point and the existing azimuth keyword handling, then reproduce the current convention to understand how 0° and 90° are mapped. The work is done when callers can customize the convention so 0° is South and 90° is East, with the existing 90° customization preserved.
