Description

hello,
Is there a way to schedule time critical observations at a given time during a given observing run?
when I put a constraint on the creation of blocks the block does get created , but then during priority or sequential scheduling my time critical object does not get scheduled

Research direction

The issue does not name any files, tests, or entry points. Start by reproducing the block-creation constraint during priority and sequential scheduling, then trace how time-critical observations are represented and scheduled. Done means documenting or implementing a way to schedule them at a given time during an observing run, with coverage for the reported behavior.
