Description

Hi

Is there an easy way to erase ObservingBlocks and TransitionBlocks from a schedule?
And replace them by Unused Slots?

It seems that there is a implemented way but only works if the slot after is an Unused one.

Research direction

No files, tests, or entry points are named in the issue. Start by locating the schedule handling for ObservingBlocks, TransitionBlocks, and Unused Slots, then verify whether erasing and replacement works when the following slot is not unused. Done means documenting or implementing a reliable way to perform that replacement.
