Add auto-zooming option to the plot methods

**Feature request**

It would be really nice if, in addition to the full-sky and manually selected frames, `Catalog.plot_*` methods could automatically set the RA & Dec axis to zoom into the data, just like "normal" `matplotlib` plots do.
